Holly and Matt Engagement Session – Franklin, TN

Adrienne and I had  a great time getting to know Holly and Matt while shooting with Evin in downtown Franklin today.  The weather was PERFECT and Holly and Matt are our kind of couple… Matt’s hilarious and Holly has the most infectious smile and laugh.  We also had a chance to spend a few minutes at the beginning of the hour with Matt’s two kids, Chance and Brooklyn (and their two dogs).

So happy with how these came out… here are a couple to hold you over until the editing is finished.

“The Bamboo Shoot”

Been attacking a to-do list for a little while now but I wanted to take a second to show you all this photo we took of Mrs. Andrea Pearson, for Evin Photography, last week during her bridal session at Cheekwood Botanical Gardens.  This was taken down in the Japanese Garden, with a light placed in the thick of the bamboo shoots.  I love it when a shot turns out exactly how I concieve it.

More to come.  After I get back to that to-do list.  Consider this a teaser.  =)

Nashville’s Gas Situation Solved!

Ok, maybe not solved, but at least mocked. This is hilarious. Contains some profanity, so avert your eyes or something if you’re really not into that kinda thing… otherwise, enjoy.

CScott Photography shows up on The Pink Book Blog

A couple of images from Kim and Alan’s wedding, and Meghan and John’s wedding were featured on The Pink Book Blog a couple of weeks ago in an article about the range of styles in groom’s attire.  Check out the article and peruse the rest of the site, which is a wealth of wedding-planning goodness.  Pretty nice to see our work alongside that of becker, jasmine, amelia, chenin and some other fabulous photographers, too!  =)

Kim and Alan Whittington – Album Slideshow

Adrienne designed a great album for Kim and Alan’s wedding last night, which we’ve ordered with a printed metal cover as one of our new sample albums.

Here’s a slideshow of Adrienne’s design, let us know what you think!
